Awful. I'd give it a 1star but Uriah was great. Sadly he was the only one who even acted like they wanted to work or be there. I'll never go back. They do not check fluid levels when doing an oil change. Nothing but change the oil and that's it. No one except Uriah was even close to friendly.
Excellent, prompt, efficient and professional service from Les Schwab as per usual. I walked in cold without an appointment. They immediately got me in and repaired a leak in my snow tire, as well as mounted the fresh set of AT's, all within the hour as promised. The tech fully explained the road hazard warranty and the free and frequent rotations. LS sets and maintains the bar. Thank you.
Came in clutch with a side wall glass shard.
