Five stars, and they earned every one. We rolled into Havre with a flat dually on our Airstream after a valve extender snapped off hundreds of miles back. The TPMS sensor went with it, so we drove on for a few hundred miles before finding out. By our Harvest Host stop at Purely Goatique, the tire had cooked itself — 8 thousand miles on it, but zero air, with separation and the smell of burned rubber inside. Awful. I'd give it a 1star but Uriah was great. Sadly he was the only one who even acted like they wanted to work or be there. I'll never go back. They do not check fluid levels when doing an oil change. Nothing but change the oil and that's it. No one except Uriah was even close to friendly.

Excellent, prompt, efficient and professional service from Les Schwab as per usual. I walked in cold without an appointment. They immediately got me in and repaired a leak in my snow tire, as well as mounted the fresh set of AT's, all within the hour as promised. The tech fully explained the road hazard warranty and the free and frequent rotations. LS sets and maintains the bar. Thank you.
