Caleb,Chris, and team have taken great care of me since I first brought my van to them. I started off with tires, and they just finished my suspension upgrade. The customer service is so good, I am looking for more things for them to do!

I usually trust mechanics, but my experience at this shop was unsettling. I brought my car in for a small leak in the front driver's side tire (the warning light annoyed my wife). I requested a tire rotation, a patch, and air in the tire. The staff member was pleasant but explained they don't patch tires, so we agreed to just rotate the tires and fill the leaking one. I drive a Motorhome on vacation and while driving thru CO Springs, I picked up a nail in dually. The employees here got me back on the road quickly. Very professional and friendly.
This isn't the easiest review to write since, as a company as a whole, I'm greatly appreciative of Les Schwab and their services. But, here we are. I booked an oil change for my 2002 BMW X5 at the Interquest location on July 15th, 2025. I was there approximately an hour waiting for the change.
