I've got a fantastic story to share about my recent car trouble! For eight long months, I wrestled with a super annoying tire pressure sensor warning light. I tried several other Les Schwab locations, but no one could crack the case. I was about to throw in the towel! Be cautious of getting your oil changed here... the staff are friendly but I had to return my car twice. Once was because after I left the shop upon gaining speed I heard something hitting under my car aggressively. I was able to return to them and found out the skid plate was not properly secured after doing the oil change (big safety hazard). The second time was due to my car leaking oil when it had never done that prior. I advise you go elsewhere for anything other than tires from this shop.
The first attempt of my leaving, resulted in a very dangerous situation. The staff did not put my skid plate on properly, therefore, caused me to have to return for them to fix. I had already gotten on the local freeway, and had to drive 3 miles back going 25 mph (on the side of the freeway) while the skid plate was banging against my car. I called and they stated that I had no choice but to drive the car back to the shop for them to fix it. I had the pleasure of having my car serviced after a catastrophic flat at this Les Schwab location. The tire tech that assisted me, Rolando, was extremely knowledgeable and professional, and genuinely a nice guy. They got me in and out for a full tire replacement in less than a day. Rolando and the guys at Les Schawb are great. Highly recommend.
Without a doubt the best tire shop in town. Justin and the crew are the best.
