Got a tire rotation on my mach-e. they told me about an hour.. but it was done in like 30! AND FREE! this place rocks.
They have wasted thousands of dollars saying my alignment was bad then it fell out so they did the tire rods for a ton of money and guess what it fell out immediately. Took it to discount tire and they immediately fixed it for a fraction of the price
I needed to get new tires, which is never fun. The employees have a great attention to detail. I have had tires done at Walmart and other places before and they love to cross thread the lug nuts causing them to snap off… this has never happened here, they hand tighten the nuts before finishing with a torque wrench. I saw an employee double checking the torque specifications for my type of vehicle. Very professional
DONT GO HERE. I have been at this place for years. Today I did a pre-trip check and oil change. They said I needed new tires. But I bought my tires there not too long ago. So, I asked for the warranty on the tires. These tires went about 25K miles before needing replacing. They said because I didn’t rotate my all wheel drive vehicles tires every 5K miles the warranty is void. So beware of both tires not lasting and also them getting out of the warranty. Would not recommend coming here. Took them hours to change my oil and "evaluate" my brakes when I told them I know they are bad and wanted them changed. I just went to get another oil chang elsewhere and they found that les schwab put the wrong oil filter on AND over tightened my filter and plug! Turns out the filter wasnt even working because it was wrong!
