I want to give a special shout out to Jared at this location. I was pushing/carrying a tire in and he ran to the front door to take it off my hands and then quickly helped me with a quote and tire replacement. He then loaded the tire in my vehicle after we were wrapped up. I’ve had good experiences at Les Schwab in the past which is why I come back but employees like Jared make the experience extra special and leave a lasting impression.
Went into Les Schwab with some tires and wheels I just bought. All of the tires were off the bead and had no valve cores. Mike came out and unloaded the wheels, put in new cores, inflated all the tires, and loaded them back up. Took like 7 minutes. And he told me it was free of charge. Thats damn good service and a damn good employee. Thank you I will be using Les Schwab for now on
Unfortunately this location won’t be an option for me in the future. Always been up and down here, taking longer than quoted or being a little more cost than other locations but usually, it’s okay at best. This last experience was extremely disappointing. In my opinion, busy or not, if you set an appointment, it should be priority, which is not the case with them. I was given a quoted time of 1.5 hours, I understood it, it’s a Saturday.
