Fantastic service today from the Baker City Les Schwab crew! While traveling to catch a commercial flight, our car battery decided it was time to die. This was a stressful, time sensitive issue for us and they got us in and out in seriously the time it took for us to use the bathroom. We are so grateful! Thank you! Thank you! 🥰
I've been doing business here for more than 30 years. A couple weeks ago I went in for a tire rotation. When I stopped back I was told that my "shocks were leaking and needed to be replaced" and that they would be happy to do it for $498. I didn't have it done, but when I got home I crawled under the car to see which ones needed to be replaced. NONE of them were leaking. We had a flat tire and were in a predicament, and Jake overcame a number of complications to solve our problem and get us on our way. He loaned us a tire and phoned ahead to another location to get us set up with a new tire. He didn’t even charge us! What a fantastic experience in a bad situation.
