I use Les Schwab Tire Centers across the Pacific Northwest and I've never been dissatisfied,not even once. The Star location is no exception. Fantastic service and they got me in and out and on the road very quickly. Stopped in for a set of four new tires with no appointment on a weekday. They handled it with ease. Thank you Les Schwab!
Great service! Thank you for helping repair the construction nail in my tire at no cost. You guys are pretty great!
I had just gotten home for the day, when I noticed a nail in my rear tire. I jumped right back in my truck and drove to the Les Schwab in Star, hoping to make it before they closed. Luckily, I arrived about 25 minutes before they closed for the day, and they had me in and out within 15 minutes. The gentleman that took care of me was super helpful and professional, and they all enjoyed having my dog running around to greet everyone in the waiting area. Excellent customer service!
My wife scheduled an online appointment for an alignment. When we arrived for our appointment a young man eagerly welcomed us. At the counter, I let him know that we had an appointment for an alignment to which he said that they had it scheduled for a rotation. I told the young man that was not necessary and we needed an alignment. The young man stated that they don’t have time for an alignment and proceeded to schedule another time.
