I can’t say enough good things about the team at Les Schwab in Star! I’m home alone with my two little kids while my husband is out of town, and my tire kept going flat no matter how many times I filled it. They got me in right away and quickly found TWO nails and a piece of metal in my tire. They explained everything clearly, showed me what was causing the leak, and fixed it on the spot. Went here in hopes of changing tires, quick and easy but it was everything but that. I felt as if the customer service was rude and disrespectful, and after all that gave be an outrageous price for mounting and balancing tires ($300 every other shop is an average of $150) would not recommend to my worst enemy.
I had my son take his car to this location to have a pre-trip inspection done. We knew we needed new TPMS sensors but the person was trying to sell him a brand new battery for $275 because replacing the TPMS sensors would cause extra drain of his car battery. Be careful of this location as they try to take advantage of people.

Great customer service, fast service and friendly staff. I came in for a tire repair. When it was repaired they didn't even charge me. I will return in the future.
