Great crew. They know their stuff. I will always come here when needed. Rob and Caleb are great and professional. Best les shwab within 100 mile radius.
First time visiting a Les Schwab and did so here in Philomath. Great service, helpful information. Waiting area could use some comfortable chairs compared to what they have and a replacement window sticker with next expected mileage/appointment time frame would have been nice but, no complaints just recommendations. I will return for future service.
Do not come here if you are feminine presenting they will up charge you and lie to your face about what needs to get replaced. The bs policy of premium parts is to up charge you for service you don’t actually need. Made a 700$ tire replacement and balance into a 2500$ full break unit replacement.
They were friendly and fast. The waiting area was a nicely cool place to wait out of the heat, and they had complimentary popcorn and coffee. I'm glad they're there and we're able to get me four new tires in a hurry on my way out of town!
Came in for leaking air bag and to have tires changed out. This is my second time using this business and they have been fantastic both times. Very friendly & helpful. Rob the manager greeted us as we pulled in for service. Great guy.
