Great friendly service the whole crew there is really great group of people who have vast knowledge of their jobs
This location is amazing, very friendly and quick,like it used to be
I came in for a tire swap, even called beforehand to make sure they had time. After asking for my old tires back (they did not ask me at the front desk) my price jumped up $130, I also got a brand new screw in my old tires. If you’re a woman do not go here, you’ll be treated as if you’re less than human. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
This is an excellent place. Les Schwab already has a good reputation. However, this location goes above and beyond. Their facilities are clean and comfortable. Their staff are top notch in helpfulness and kindness. This location honored my warrantee even when some tire damage was my fault, and they could have easily had me pay for it. I am thankful to have Philomath Les Schwab as one of my neighbors.
