Love this place!
There are really no words to describe people with hearts this big. You can go through your whole life without finding people who are so kind, so generous, and caring. This might be a tire shop, but these are down right wonderful people, who exhibit compassion and love in all they do. Thank you for a beyond great experience. I’m eternally grateful to you all. Most Les Schwab’s are EXTREMELY SLOW with inaccurate wait times. This one is no different.
Dishonest and lacks any integrity. Management is the problem here. Submitted claim for tire failure. Simply asked manager several times to just RESPOND.. yes or no.. could not get him to make a decision. Should not be in position of management when they can’t make decisions. I’m sure they will respond to this but still haven’t responded to my numerous requests for a simple decision on reimbursement for 1 tire that failed less than a year old STILL under warranty..!
