Saved my butt when my tire exploded on a 16 hour road trip
Took in a brand new tire off my wifes car for a flat repair. Seemed like the staff couldn't be bothered to come to front desk, so I rolled the tire into the shop myself. When I was finally approached by an employee he seemed disgruntled and told me it would be about an hour. I returned 2 hours later to retrieve my tire that still wasn't touched.
