I came into Les Schwab to get my studs taken off and switched to "regular" tires. The person who greeted me inside the store was friendly and honest about the wait time, setting a clear expectation. They took the time to look at my old tires and showed that they needed to be replaced, instead of just telling me. This helped me trust in their advice in getting new tires. I felt heard and respected regarding the tires I was looking for.
I purchased a car from legacy Dodge in La grande, Oregon. Few weeks later I took it in. I had to take it in for a shake in the will most likely tire balance they said it was alignment and rotors. They would do the work for me around close to $500. I took it down to our local Les Schwab and they balanced my tires and rotated them. No charge. Fix the problem. Nice.
We got a flat on a road trip with two dogs and a cat in the car. From getting a flat, to us changing to the spare, getting to Les Schwab, getting the car in, tire fixed and put back on was under 50 minutes, and free. And they weren’t even phased that we left a cat in the car while they did it, haha! Great, friendly, and quick service!
Got me right in and fixed a couple flats.
