I want to express my appreciation for this specific shop. I have purchased two sets of four tires for two different rigs and each experience has been great. In fact the nice young man took the time to show me how the alignment tools work even though our vehicle didn't need one. If you in need of tires and in LeGrande I highly recommend this shop. A young man named James was extremely helpful and helped me work out a solution for my tire pressure concerns while I was in the middle of a long trip, helping me arrange to stop at another location in the next city if it dropped below a certain pressure. I appreciated his assistance and he was really friendly and genuine.
Today, while driving across the state, I had both front tire sensors alert when driving through La Grande. I didn't know if it was just an altitude/temperature thing or not, so we decided to detour to the local Les Sxhwab for a review. Turned out I had a faulty nozzle in one and a nail in the other. What are the odds? Needless to say, they fixed them both and we were back on our way. The staff was amazing and really saved the day.
