I’m a big fan of Les Schwab stores in general, and the La Grande store is right at the top of the list. The service is always fast, friendly and professional.
A great local shop. Took care of my truck rapidly and expertly and informed me of other safety issues that I will take care of down the road. This Schwab, like all other Schwab’s, makes me feel confident on the road and with my family.
I was broke down on I84 with a flat. They got to me very quickly and had me rolling soon thereafter. I had to follow the repairman to the shop for further work. They did a fantastic job!!
As my daughter and I were driving from Elgin to La Grande, in two separate vehicles (during a pretty bad snow fall), she called and said she was slipping around on the road a lot. She was scared. I called Les Schwab, and asked about getting studded tires on her truck (she currently had All Weather/Terrain tires).
