slowest flat repair ever. no communication on wait time two hrs is too long not to bring up. being a former shwabbie it was painful to watch cars trickle thru as the workers shuffled around from one job to the next often without finishing. I would happily have paid a shop to fix a flat if it would have got me back to buisness in a reasonable time frame. probably will not return to this location as it was slow.......last time as well.
I had a blow out on my motorhome. They were nice and helpful getting the motorhome to the shop but there was obvious damage to the undercarriage and the gas line they did not even bother to tell me so I could get it fixed. I had to find out by going to a gas station and have gas pour out from under the vehicle. They did not give me prices of different tires or any information on making sure the tires were balanced. We ran over a ladder on the freeway and blew both tires. Had enough air to get there and luckily they were still open. One tire was unrepairable and they were able to fix the other one to get us home with the spare on. They said no charge and to see them in the future for tire purchase. I didn’t catch their names but they all deserve raises and know him to treat customers extremely well. I would wish to have employees like that around Roseburg! They get a very high praise from this family to get us home! Thanks again!
This was first time here. Someone came running up to my car as soon as I got there. They asked me what my issue was I explained it and they fixed it right away. Great experience.

We have been going to les schwab for as long as I can remember. MY parents have also gone there forever! We have had no issues through them that weren't fixed immediately. They still come "running" when we are there unless they are super busy. We will continue to give you our business.
