Took my truck to a different shop for a leaky tire...I’d filled it with air multiple times and this other shop looked at it and said there was nothing wrong with it. After putting air in it again a day or two later, took it to Lea Schwab. They found the hole and fixed it. For free. Thanks!

We had almost 1300 dollars worth of work done, my husband tried to pay with debt card and didn’t have enough so they said they canceled it and we used a credit card well they didn’t cancel it so they got paid twice it took us over 2 months to get it back we struggled to live never ever again will we use les schwab I had to send proof that I paid with my credit card 😡🤢
If you want to know you’re driving away in safety then take your vehicle here. I’m a collision technician and I’ve taken my vehicles to two other tire shops in the area, neither torqued my lug nuts down. Jon Ruff at Les Schwab took the time to explain their process to me when I saw that their techs use a torque wrench. He assured me that they check the torque TWICE to ensure the safety of the customer on the road. Also the best customer service and knowledge in Bonner County! Thank you guys for keeping my family safe!
