They could have better follow up on mistakes that they make. The last two time I have gone there for service they have made a mistake. I understand mistakes are made sometimes but when you make a mistake try to do something to make it right. That lack of care for mistakes they make is very upsetting.
RecommendedVery helpful. Got a nail in my tire and luckily realized before driving. Car was in my driveway fortunately but low. Called the folks at Schwab and they came out to inflate my tire so I could drive it in(I’m only a mile away). Very helpful and professional. I love having a tire place so close and helpful.

Since July of 2020 I’ve gone to this location 3 times for an alignment on my f150. The fist time ROBERT D S did a fantastic job. A few months later I had to get it redone thanks to the 210 freeway. Went back again on Tuesday January 26, 2021 because it want driving properly. I made an appointment for 9am they didn’t bring my truck in till 1030 and the guy told me there wasn’t much he can do to fix it and it was the best he could do (no test drive) and ALL VALUES yellow or red… See more
