So I bought my tires somewhere else and every time I went there to try to get them rotated...I couldn't get in. I finally got frustrated and decide to just go and PAY someone to have it done. Les Schwabs Tires...did my rotation and did it "complimentary".. telling me to just keep them in mind when I need tires again. DONE! The people working in the Los Banos store are all so very nice and very fast and helpful.
I'm that person that never gives five stars because there is always room for improvement. Well not today! Our service experience was top notch! Trailer tire blew out on the freeway so we were hobbling into Los Banos. Not only did they have our tire in stock, but they were pulling the jack out to fix it as we pulled in. They had us on our way in less than 15 minutes AND they performed a tire/air pressure check on all our other tires. THIS place EXUDES customer service! The worst service I've ever had. I worked in a shop changing oil and tires for a few years, you don't treat people that way!
Great service, in and out very quickly. I will definitely be back. Recommend them highly.
