RecommendedRecently had a flat. Took the tire in to Les Schwab. They not only repaired the tire, but remounted it and put the spare back in a place hard to get to. And, NO CHARGE!!! Thank you Les Schwab Sequim!
Absolutely phenomenal experience. As a new life-long customer after this experience; I had never done business with them but the experience was one of the best I've ever had!!! The staff, service, and customer service are exceptional! I will now do all my tire related business with Les Schwab in Sequim! They do what others can't or are to lazy to do!!!! took our truck in that was acting like it needed the brakes redone, and they told us everything was good and fine. took it into a different shop to have a brake controller installed and asked them to double check the brakes. the entire system is shot and needs to be replaced! we even called les Schaub to give them a chance to fix the situation and they offered us nothing but excuses. beyond disappointed! we have been faithful les Schaub customers for the last 9 years. and i will never use them again.
I noticed a slight vibration in my truck when driving about 54 mph. I stopped in the Sequim Les Schwab on my way home from work it was about 5:15, I told them of my concerns of maybe a wheel out of balance... they took my truck right in rotated and balanced all 4 tires.. in less than 20 minutes!!! for free !!! thanks guys!!

Took care of my jeep, diagnosis of a broken axle and then fixing the same day!! You guys rock!
They were great people who work there and I had a flat tire and they came out put air in my tire and I drove it to store in Sequim and they check my tire out and put patches on and it was maybe an hour of waiting. They told me my tire is getting worn out and keep in mind for new tire soon. :)
