AMAZING! All of the staff was so helpful, especially Joshua! We pulled in while passing through Coos Bay on a road trip because we noticed our tires air pressure was low, and couldn't find the air hose to put air in it! Joshua quickly told us the wheel cap was bolted on improperly, the tread was dangerously low, and the tire was consistently leaking. Joshua took us right away, immediately solved the issue, and even helped us handle payment from the rental agency when it was clear we needed to replace the tire. All under an h... read more
Pulled in because of a slow leak in one tire. Quick attention by service writer and fast turnaround. Summer resident to the area and first time to the store. NO CHARGE just a request to keep them in mind when I needed replacement tires.
