Moved to Oregon from out of state. Less Schwab wanted $680.00 to install snow tires I'd already purchased. Because I didn't buy my tires directly from them. I wouldn't trust my car to this place if it was the last tire shop on earth.
Driving from Yakima, WA to Tillamook, OR. Got onto I84 at Biggs and my skid plate started to come off. Making a horrible noise. I pulled into Les Schwab in The Dalles. They immediately put the car on a lift. Twenty minutes later we were back on the road. All done with a smile and a handshake. This is the second time they have helped me out a bad situation. I have only had good experiences at Les Schwab Tire Centers.
Was traveling home and had a blown tire on my trailer. Didn't want to go too far without a spare. I set the navigation for the next Les Schwab store. They fixed me up in a half an hour and sent me on my way. It was very comforting to know that I was just a few miles away from someplace that would take very good care of me. Wasn't disappointed.
