Horrible. They closed the store with my sister crying and her tires not fixed after waiting all afternoon. Les Schwab used to be great. Not anymore.
Will never go again have been a customer both personal and commercial. Stopped to put air in tire and they refused wanted to sell me a service.
Went in to get side steps installed on my F150, I had a 1:00 appointment and came early, they took me right away, said it would be an hour. They had the steps installed within the promised time frame. Pablo did an excellent job installing the steps and even let me know that he spotted a small leak coming from my transfer case. I will be coming back here again when needed.
A great local chain. I wouldn’t go anywhere else because of the great service.
There is a lesson to be learned here by other businesses when it comes to customer service. Bar none, Les Schwab has the best. It's what keeps me coming back year after year for all my tire needs. Yesterday I went in as I had a leak in my rear left tire. A technician was there to greet me before I even got out of my car. Being disabled and using a walker, he even got my walker out for me.
