RecommendedI went in, fully intending to buy tires, and they said I didn’t actually need to replace mine yet. Instead the rotated them and fixed one that had a nail in it (unknown to me!). All for free!
Thank you for the free patched tire on my new tire that found a nail. BMW wanted to sell me a new tire for almost $300. Will be back to buy the new tire when I actually need it!

This place was a total lifesaver today. I was driving on beyond unsafe tires and the service writer Cam was amazing at getting myself and my son back on the road at a price we could afford. Will definitely recommend this location. Other locations i have experienced a lack of just plain care. These guys actually showed concern which was refreshing for a service shop.

Blew a tire leaving work at 3:30 Wednesday afternoon. Put on the spare and headed to Sherwood Les Schwab. They don't have the tires but tell me they can get them from another store and have the car ready around 6:00. This in itself wowed me. I got picked up and went home. It was 4:30. I'm sitting at home relaxing and get a phone call an hour later. They had everything done and ready by 5:30! Left work at 3:30, blew a tire, changed flat, drove to Schwab, Schwab finds right tire and all was well by 5:30. Nice!
