RecommendedThey were very efficient & professional. Getting tires wasn’t on the original itinerary for visiting family, but this place made it as smooth as possible! They explained everything, without making me feel dumb for asking, and didn’t try to up-sell me at all. I would absolutely come back or send my daughter.
So my tire just popped..less than a week ago I got it “repaired” after waiting four hours with son with me to see why there was a slow leak..They assured me it would be good before leaving on my trip to Bend. Ended up having to pull over on the side of the road with my almost one year old and three dogs to change the tire. Obviously they do NOT care about customers safety. So if you wanna stay safe on the road stay away from Monmouth Les Schawb. 👎🏼
What a joke. This place doesn’t know front brakes from rear brakes. They see a college kid and take advantage. Should have had our son come home so we could give our money to a reputable shop. This Les Schwab is shady. Go somewhere else!
This store is a joke!!! Left my vehicle there to get tires rotated and balanced for 3 hrs. Came back to pick it up and it was still where I parked it. Went inside, nope they didn’t do anything to it. What in the world?! Seriously dissatisfied with this store! Don’t waste your time here folks. My business is going elsewhere and NOT AT A LES SCHWAB STORE!!!!
