Tires were wobbling at 60mph. Brought daughter's car in to have wheels balanced. Turns out my struts were the culprits. They still finished the job of balancing the tires and remounted them. I asked them for an estimate for the job, which they gave me - along with the keys to my car. No charge for the balancing, and done in under 20 minutes. Thanks guys!
I’ve used this location for 20 years and up until today. When the manager says “oh you had to buy tires elsewhere because we don’t have enough?”. I’m sad to say that this location I believe has suffered greatly after the assistant manager of many years got a promotion to his own store. I was also told “we can’t pay bills with service work”. Hi I always visit this location when having service done and was curious how much are rims for snow tires? I thought it will save me a lot of money paying a 1 time bill to have rims put on my tires instead of constantly paying to have my all seasons taken off their rims just to have my snow tires put on them
Six hours to replace a tire. probably because I didn't go for the up sales. very disappointing
Needed rotors done and they found another issue. Fixed and repairs done fast and efficient. Really appreciate every time I come in being treat like one of the family. Travis is a amazing manager. Scott the assistant took awesome care of me also. Alejandro is the gentleman that found the issues with my car. Great guy. Michelle also fixed my account that needed updating.
