Always get a second opinion. These guys love selling things you don't need as if they were absolutely crucial. I worked for Les Schwab for years and the reputation we built is being used and and abused. If you don't know cars take sombody with you who does. The work is good, the product is good, the sales tactics are shamefully predatory, at least at the West Seattle location.
I am not very happy this location put two (2) new tires on one side of my Yukon truck and the old tires on the opposite side. This is very dangerous from what my mechanic told me and my truck kept pulling that is why I had my mechanic look at. I contacted corporate and all I got was we're sorry ya I kinda appreciate I'm sorry but you put me and my family at risk. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER especially considering all of the money we have spent in the past with your business.
