Very honest people. Took my BMW for wheel alignment, the technician came back after 15 minutes to inform me that he can’t complete the alignment because it requires a special tool, he recommended taking it to the dealership or specialty shop. He gave me the comprehensive report showing what needs to be done. All that free of charge. Last year I took the same car to Fire Stone for alignment, I wonder if they did anything at all as the problem was not fixed.
95% of my visits to Les Schwab are excellent. The team at this location was no exception. I also love the fact that Les Schwab is a PNW business (Oregon).
Dalton at Les Schwab was exceptional. He validated my frustration, prioritized my safety, and went above and beyond to fix an issue caused by another location. His professionalism and genuine care made a stressful situation easy to trust. Dalton is a true asset; highly recommend.
Friendly, fast service. They still repair flats for free (provided they can patch them). I have no reason to do tire service anywhere else.
