Josh is awsome I was on my spare showed up after 6 they were actually locked and counting the till, I didn’t even make it out of my car he came took my tire out of the trunk re opened the store took care of my issue Toole the time too not only repair my problem but put my spare the jack and everything in its proper place I don’t recall the manager with josh but they are both great worked as a team no hesitation I’m forever a customer.
I have old Chrysler van. Being a widow, and knowing nothing about tires ... I was worried that I probably needed tires (at least one). I called the Escalon center and spoke with Matt. Long story short ... I drove over there and Matt came out before I got to the door ... "What can I do for you?" I told him about my concerns ... he looked at all four tires and said they all had plenty of tread left on them, and they looked good. The people at Les Schwab are so friendly, fast, courteous, and very professional. I have gone in recently and was given a complementary tire rotation and on another occasion a free flat tire repair. The tires are the original set of tires, so I expected to pay! They have earned my loyalty as a customer and I won't go anywhere else because they know how to treat me..
