I had two screws in my tire. They fixed my tire in less time than they said and at no charge. I am new in town and thee were the tires that came with the car dealership. I will definitely return when I need new tires.
I went in for new tires this morning, and this will definitely be the location I return to. Other locations have been rude and disrespectful, and treated me like a gal who doesn't know anything. These guys had 4 new tires on my car ready to roll in less than 90 minutes, and they were very kind and respectful! A quote I had from a previous store reflected the wrong mileage for the tires, and gave me prices for tires that didn't exist. After my husband got his tires done there, his tire fell off 2 days later while he was going down hatch road due to the tire not being put on properly. Horrible customer service too. Will never go back to them.
They are un professional dealing, very un welcoming to the business I brought and they didn't finish the job and I took it to another location to finish the job and they are way nicer than them
I have employed Les Schwab Tires exclusively since I moved to Spokane way back in 1996, and on every occasion I found the staff highly courteous, efficient and very friendly. The business runs as smooth as silk and nothing is too much trouble or impossible to achieve. This is the worst service our family has ever recieved. They lie, change their minds and do not know what they are doing. They sold us brakes less than one year ago..now faulty. They sold us tires less than a year ago, now stating they need to be replaced. They do not honor their warranty and blame the customer for employee incompetenece. My family used to be able to depend on this company. NO MORE. Les Schwab, you have lost our trust.
