Amazing service! Professional, fast, friendly, and thorough -- couldn't ask for more. I'm so glad people recommended this place when I had a blown out tire.
This is the worst service our family has ever recieved. They lie, change their minds and do not know what they are doing. They sold us brakes less than one year ago..now faulty. They sold us tires less than a year ago, now stating they need to be replaced. They do not honor their warranty and blame the customer for employee incompetenece. My family used to be able to depend on this company. NO MORE. Les Scwaab, you have lost our trust.
Had a leaking tire, super helpful and friendly . In and out in 14 minutes with no charge. Thanks guys.
Good to deal with over the phone. Had order all ready when we arrived. Told it would be one hour. Came back in one hour and they hadn't even started on the car. Had to sit in the waiting room which is not well ventilated and has an over whelming smell of rubber. Not a good experience. Time mattered as we needed to leave town and this delayed us.
