I needed a inner tube for my garden trailer I called two other tire stores they didn't have it in stock. (4.80/4.00-8)Les Schwab's Anderson has it in stock and will mount it for $5.00 more. The phone conversation was professional and very helpful. My wife is on her way to their store to get the tire fixed. Update: Jeremy called me back and told me for $1.50 more I can get a new tire because the one I have has a slit in the side wall. Let me first say i have used les shwabb for many years and have not had any problems until now. I was shocked with what happened. I had recently replaced the front end on my truck. I had drove it around a little to test the repair. It sounded great on the 6 mile test drive and the trip over to les shwabb. Yesterday i came in for an alignment on my truck. I live 3 miles from their shop. When i left i noticed it pulling to the left really bad. I got home shortly after and heard it clunk really bad when i went into my driveway.... read more
HORRIBLE! I had new front tires put on and a front end alignment... My truck was still unaligned! And still is! Do to the misalignment my $230 worth of tires are destroyed do to uneven wear :( which they refuse to fix! Definitely not going here ever again!
