I had the BEST customer service today from Joseph! He truly was a blessing in coming to change my tire on I-5. He could've easily sped off back to the shop in Woodland, but he followed me slowly to the Todd Road exit and back to Woodland to ensure I made it safely. I appreciate his customer service and working to find me a tire and wheel that would work for me! Thank you for going above and beyond! Everyone else I spoke with at the counter was friendly and kind, as well!

I got a flat tire on my way out of town for a road trip and was towed to the nearest Les Schwab, which was in Woodland WA at 3am. After sitting in my car for hours waiting for the store to open so I could get my tire fixed and be on my way, when the first staff member showed up I explained to him my situation and he got me in as soon as he could which was even before their open time. They always have great customer service and I really appreciate their urgency and getting me back on the road.
Love my Les Schwab! Great service with a smile. Bought tires a few times, but even if I just need my tires checked or even my trailer tires patched they are happy to help for free. :)
