Horrible customer service. I was in line and the 2 previous customers had been helped, then they all just left. I understand people are busy fine so i Stood there for over 20 min with my 4 year old waiting to be helped as many guys walked in and out not 1 saying a word to me. 2 of which sat down at their desks and proceeded to talk on the phones. When I came into the store several years ago I spoke with Matt and told him I was looking for a place where I would be taken care of while not breaking the bank. I mentioned that my satisfaction would mean my teenage boys would be customers to along with other family members. I have not been disappointed and I truly feel that I get the small town treatment that I was looking for. The gang has been quick to fit me in when the circumstances require. We came in a year ago for a fix and its super great when we bump into the employees and they ask if we are still ok - service goes beyond service.
