I have been going to Les Schwab's for 28 years now. We tried a different tire store a couple of years ago. Their tires were crap. Will be buying new tires next month at Les Schwab's. I am hoping they can forgive me. I will never stray again.
Very friendly and fast. Acknowledged right when you come through the door.
Needed help and they turned me down due to the fact that my tires weren't purchased through them. I was trying to give a local business my business but this just confirms the ease of doing business online.

Post Falls,ID has the best customer service! I needed air on one of our tires. They came all the way to our house within minutes. Put air in tire so we could drive it to there shop to fix it. Post Falls Les Schwab you Rock!! Thank you again for excellent service.
Our Post Falls Les Schwab tire center is awesome! I needed a gnarly set of chains to get down our icy nightmare of a road. They suggested getting the ones with an 'ice bar'. So glad they did! Put them on easily- really nice powder-coated chains with a 'v' in each link to dig into the ice. Made it down the hill with minimal slipping! Now we don't have to snowmobile down 👍
Had a slow leak in a tire and was trying to get on the road for thanksgiving. They had it fixed in 35 minutes! Great service.
