I took my boyfriend's car in for an alignment. They said they couldn't do it because of something to do with the control arm and it was going to cost over $800... I took it to my mechanic and he said there was nothing wrong with it. My boyfriend took it back and they could find no movement it was fine and he would get a free alignment. Had great customer service today with alignment and a brake issue.
Thank you so much for getting me back on the road safely! I heard a rattling noise coming from my passenger side tires, so I took my car right in. I'm so happy I did because they found that my lug nuts were coming loose! I had recently had new rims put on my car and was unaware they needed to be retorqued around 1,500 miles. I could have lost a wheel while driving!! Les Schwab fixed the problem free of charge, and I was back on the road within an hour! Thank you again!!!

No appointment was needed. Brakes started grinding, came right in, they located the necessary parts and took care of us. From start to finish they were polite and updated us on the progress they were making. Very professional.
This place is busy, so prepare to wait. But they give great service and let's face it, that takes time... I came in with a competitors airbag issue on my truck and they fixed it and wouldn't let me pay.
