Came in to get tires for my F150. The girl at the desk showed me four options and explained all the attributes. They had my new tires mounted and balanced in under an hour. Great service.
Really great customer service when I got there yesterday! Greeted me at my car and helped me understand everything that goes into getting tires put on! I think I only waited about an hour also. I was very happy with the service I received!
Three hours to fix a flat tire while 2 employee stood around shooting the breeze one guy was working and then three out of my four center caps were not put on properly their damn lucky they didn't fall off or I'd have been standing in their lobby
I waited over two and a half hours to have a nail taken out of my tire what two people stand around while one person was on a tire machine watch the other guy wait why the tires were being put on so he could talk them not too happy with you guys as service maybe those people that are standing around should have a designated job as fixing Flats instead of installing you have time just Lane you have time to clean looks like you're doing something besides putting the tires away 1hour before closing time
Ordered tires and wheels for my car from the Selah Wa store. They called Saturday morning and told me that they were in. I went there and waited over 2 hours for them to get my car into the shop. Then they told me that the tires were there but not the wheels. Why would call and have someone come in without checking the inventory? I have been a Les Schwab customer for over twenty years, but from now on I will be shopping elsewhere
I love this place. My expire nice yesterday wasn't very good they messed up paperwork and my wait time went from 1 hr. (And I was one of the only cars when I got there) there I waited for over 3 hours for my car. Other cars that showed up where put in the bay before mine. They gave me a small discount but still my last visit wasn't very good. But I do still like them.
Been here 2 hours to swap tires. One lady ahead of me. Others that came after me done. There was one car in the parking lot when I came. Total bummer for the start of the day. Not the Les Schwab I remember
They were very nice and got the job done quickly.
