I had a nail in my tire as I left for work yesterday. Pulled into Les Schwab and was at the door when they opened at 7:30. Was back on the road by 8:05. GREAT JOB!
I bought 4 new tires yesterday afternoon. I called the day before and had the tires put on hold for me. When I showed up at about 1:45pm, I was told there was 2 cars ahead of me and then mine would be taken in. Expecting to be waiting for a couple hours, I walked to subway for some lunch. By the time I walked back about half an hour later my car was already in with the wheels taken off! I only waited about another half an hour before they called me to the counter because my car was ready! Only an hour wait for 4 new tires!?!... read more

I had a flat tire a few days ago, so I took my car to Les Schwab because I live across the street and it was easy. Not only did they fix my tire in about thirty minutes, they didn't charge me, because I was a first-time customer! The service guy (I'm sorry, I don't remember his name) was courteous and professional, and I was back on the road quickly. Thank you!
