I picked up a sheet metal screw while taking my son to early morning wrestling practice. Hissing air from my tire wasn't on my morning agenda. I pulled into Les Schwab at 6:40, knowing I couldn't make it home, and planned to just wait until the store opened. One of the employees, Chris, came out and asked how he could help me? While the store didn't open until 8am they had my truck on the rack by 7am and my tire repaired by 7:15. They didn't even mind my pjs and slippers. Thank you Schwab for the great customer service!
Had a flat tire on the front, they said sidewall was worn too much for them to fix tire wanted to sell me new tire. Tire was not worn bad had drove eighty miles on it
Great Service, fast work! I had to get 4 new tires and was expecting to be there forever!
I dropped my car off Saturday to have the tire fixed before I had to leave for Portland in the morning. Woke up and it was flat again. When looking at it never looked to be repaired just air added. My trip home could be a very stressful one.
We had two flats on our RV and they replaced our tires. They took it as soon as we arrived and we left in less than two hours. Thank you the Nelsons
Okay so I had a major flat on my car today, to make things worse these were brand new tires I just purchased from Les Schwab a month ago! Apparently I taken a key of all things to the side wall of one of the tires! I knew this wasn't a good thing and most likely would mean purchasing another new tire, so let's just say I was very surprised when they replaced my tire, handed me my keys and said have a nice day!!
