I woke up to a flat tire with a babe at home & needed help! After calling they had someone to my house within the hour, put air in my tire so I could get to the shop. After checking in it only took another hour for them to find the nails, repair the tire and have me & my babe on our way! And did I mention they didn’t charge me a DIME?! Best customer service I’ve received in a while. Way to win me over Les Schwab!
I pulled in and parked and a technician came to my door instantly. When I explained my need he ushered me in to the front desk were the counter staff helped me right away. The rest of my experience was just as nice. I usually go to the one in Mcminnville, Oregon but my experience was so nice Im changing my Les Schwab to Newberg, Oregon. Thank YOU

I've been here twice, the first time they were unable to hook up my truck to their computer so they were unable to help. The second time I went, long story short, my battery was faulty. The battery was purchased from les schwab and under warranty. They told me it was the alternator with out even testing the alternator. I took it to les schwab in Mac the next day and They said it's a bad battery AND tested the alternator and said that it was fine, they swapped out my battery no problem in way less time that it took Newberg to... read more
Steve and Luke are the best! I moved my account to the Newberg location about 3-4 years ago and it was the best decision! Everyone here is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I feel like I'm always in the best of care and not getting taken advantage of. I appreciate all you guys do! Thank you!
Luke is amazing! He has to be one of the most patient people ever! He has spent over a half hour on two separate occasions helping me pick the right tires and wheels. This is a huge investment. I need safety and also want to roll around in style. I couldn't decide so he offered to put one on to see if I liked it.
