2pm appointment, didn’t touch my car till about 3pm didn’t get out till 4pm. What’s the purpose of an appointment?
I had a slow leak in a front tire. The guys put air in it but it continued to leak. I went back again. But the area of the leak could not be identified so Les Schwartz replaced my tire! I love Les Schwab!!
Thanks to Chris and the Les Schwab team for making a stressful couple of days better by providing excellent customer service! After a super long wait for my tire rotation yesterday, I came out to a flat tire this morning. LS came out, placed my spare on, and took the tire back to fix. I was in and out of their shop in less than 30 minutes. You've made a livelong customer!
Thank you! I came in to have a flat inspected. Les Schwab repaired it (found a screw was the cause), re-installed it, checked the inflation on my other tires and then ensured my AWD (which AAA had forced to FWD) was back in action. All without an appointment and in about 20 minutes. I know the timing part was luck, but the service was friendly and excellent.
They are always honest with on what my vehicle needs, and check for stuff that might give me trouble later. If something ends up costing less to repair, they say so and give me the savings. Trustworthy business!
Thank you to Les Schwab! I came in with a "low tire pressure" warning. They discovered that the patch on the offending tire was leaking. Since the patch was beyond repair, and had been done at another Les Schwab location they replaced the tire with a used tire - for free! They even got me out of there in about a half hour, which is great when you have a toddler in tow. Also thank you for having a nice kids section!
Wasn't but 3 weeks ago that I had new tires put on my car at Les Schwab. I vividly recall telling them "PLEASE make sure they do the full inspection under the car so I know everything is good." She tells me they do that automatically, but will remind them anyway. Fast forward to today. My car is making a grinding noise. Diagnosis? Zero brakes and now a damaged rotor from the grinding.
