Les Schwab, you never fail to amaze me. 😠 You fixed my flat tire and I am grateful but then called me to say it is done. I asked if they could put it on and he said yes. I get there and the girl says "we can't put it on for you for 1-2 hours till we get an open bay". (have you heard of a floor jack???) I took it home and changed it in 10 minutes. Now I changed this on the side of the road in 20 minutes with no air tools and you can't jack up a car and install a tire for a 61 year old guy. I hope they do better for those who... read more

We were literally all packed up in the RV, ready to go to grandmas house today, Christmas Eve and my husband noticed that a valve stem had a hole in it. We got to Les Schwab at 1:50. They close early today - 2:00. The guy (sorry I didn’t catch your name) came out to greet us. Had the valve fixed and we were sent on our way - no charge. What a huge blessing. Off to grandmothers house we go! Thank you so much!!
They fix my tires each time I get nails in them from work parking lot.

Can I give this place ten stars? The manager, Nick, was amazing. Super helpful, got us out of a misfired purchase of the wrong tires, even threw a couple of options on the truck to see which we preferred and then stayed late so my mechanic could come and check a few things out. Everyone we spoke to there was enthusiastic and helpful. Great stuff. For the record ...
