I took my truck in twice for shaking in July 2016. Both times, they did not find anything wrong. It later took a stranger going down the freeway to tell me that my back tire was shaking very bad, and to get it looked at right away. When I took it in that third time, they found a split tire. Husband found our tire flat just as he was out the door to meet me in placerville (45min drive) and then proceeded to find out there's a hole in our brand new tire. He called this location 10 min before they close tonight and they said they will stay late to fix his tire. Just wanted to say how amazing these people are!
