Their service was lame. I waited 2 1/2 hpurs for a set of new tires, and i was the second person there at 8 a.m. when they opened. The blonde chick at the counter was unfriendly. I recommend customer service training for her.
I stopped in today to have them look at my tires. They were about to close so they wouldn't look at it. On my way to another store my tire blew out thanks Les Schwab you suck.
They were awesome! We were on a long trip and had a tire with a hole. They took us right away, patched the tire and had us on the road again feeling very safe! The service and friendliness was very appreciated!
