Another store was telling me I needed new rear brakes and ujoints replaced. The guys at West Side Tires in Mount Vernon put my truck on a lift and then showed me my brakes where like brand new. I went and had my car looked at because it was making a strange noise. They told me that possibly the wheel bearing was needing to be replaced but it wasn't a big deal and wouldn't cause any issue if I didn't fix it. I got a second opinion on it because I wasn't convinced. It was the transfer case which could have left me stranded on the side of the road somewhere if it didn't get fixed. They also told me that my tires were fine when they very clearly have uneven wear on them. I don't think they even looked at my car
I had an amazing experience here today! The staff were very, very helpful and were able to get me into a new set of tires that fit my budget. I'm very satisfied with the customer service I received today. Thanks again!
