Went this morning to get new tires put on and they told me I needed new struts; $1900. Called my mechanic who just inspected my car 5 months ago and he told me that there was no way Les Schwab would know that by just changing my tires. My mechanic told me what to listen for and notice and that has not been happening. Buyer BE AWARE; SCAM ALERT!!

This Les Schwab store deserves 10 stars for exceptional service (and we've never been a customer)! Our daughter picked up a nail in her tire and pressure dropped to 23#. We called 2 other nearby tire stores and neither could give her an appointment until the next day. We reinflated the tire and called Castle Rock Schwab. They said to bring the car right in and they would help her. They examined the tire, found the leak, and repaired her tire in just over an hour. AND THERE WAS NO CHARGE! Now that's customer service. Les schwab on S. 6th is normally a good place to go but this time they promised to fix my tire today but forgot about it. Wasnt even going to call and tell me.

I have been taking all five of my vehicles to les Schwab until they got the lying scammer named Chris the manager who destroyed my suburban with a inhouse lift kit zip ties the brake lines drilled a whole threw the frame and the bolt threw the frame that hung up the steering total bill to have by truck Destroyed 7.652.18 to make it in safe to drive and had to sell at a auction because it was no longer safe to drive or haul a trailor so don't ever get sucked in to the managers lies cris and the crappy mechanic LES will tak... read more

Took car in for an appointment for front end alinement. Now the steering wheel is crooked and the car pulls to the right. Thought about taking it back but didn't need the hassle of arguing with them. They obviously didn't do what I payed them for. I'll take it somewhere else to get it fixed.

Called the Renton store made an appointment for 3 days later showed up on time just to have the store say we dont have u on our schedule and we dont have yires in stock ??had to make another appointment and loose 2 days wages because of their incompetence. Common guys you can do better !! Seems Les Schwab renton is going down hill!!

I have a lot to unpack here. I have been wanting to upgrade my truck. I went in knowing what wheel I wanted, & mixed on which tire I wanted to be included with a level kit. We ordered the wheels in 20", & after educating myself (there were no qualifying questions from sales). I changed my mind to 18' for more sidewall, I do off road. 20"s would have been a rougher ride & not what I was looking for on my investment.
