I feel like having a great experience at Les Schwab is a staple of life in the Pacific Northwest and this Snohomish location does not disappoint. Though having tire issues is never fun, it's truly relieving to know what to expect once you roll into the parking lot. This store is under new management and the service from start to finish was high touch, thorough and fast. I had a flat tire which did some additional damage to my wheel. KUDOS Les Scwab! Went In Tuesday 1/14/2020 with a low tire. It was ruined, they replaced the tire at no charge with courteous professionalism even In 10 degree weather! You guys rock!
Let me start by mentioning that I used to work here. I was actually the first person to leave the Snohomish branch on good terms. However, when I worked there, the was no excuse for slackers. That no longer seems to be the case. It should never take over 4 hours to rotate some tires and do a slow leak repair. It seems to be the norm around here now. Super slow service. It wasnt even all that busy... so sad.

Took a tire in to be fixed at 930 am still wasn’t fixed by 530pm. Took tire home and will take some where else. We have spent over 6000$ the past 3 yrs buying new tires but when you want one fixed doesn’t get done . Bad idea Les Schwab
My tire had been slowly loosing air over the last week. I took my car in Monday to the Snohomish location and was told there was a nail in it but they repaired the tire and everything was good to go. Today the same tire is completely flat!!
Walked in this morning to have my tires swapped with new ones. Jamie tells me when I buy tires elsewhere that I am taking away from paying customers? Well I Am a paying customer and the bill would have been around $250.00. He tells me they have to take 2 guys to do my 4 tires on my 04 F150....that is your job! I took my keys and left. I have Never been treated so badly! I will never go back to that location!! I will also be contacting corporate.
