After a bad experience... they made it right!! really made me feel like the first few times going in with my dad as a kid.. they would always take care of my pops however they could.. thank you!!
Fairly quick service if you get there early enough, or have an appointment. Good customer service, ok prices.
Brought a tire in to get the valve stem replaced. After an hour and 20 minutes I inquired about how much longer it was going to take. They haven't even started it yet. Told him I wasn't happy about the fact that people are coming in after me already getting helped before me. She literally told me that they had an appointment. Which was a lie. I recommend finding a different Les Schwab if had all possible
Always a pleasant experience. Lucky they could fit me in without an appointment. Had a battery emergency. I appreciate their thoroughness and expertise!
Had a bulg in tire took it in without appointment tire was under warranty took a bit but they fixed it and got me back on the road ..good people
