Don't go to Dick's Tire Haus. They charged me $150 for a tire patch on one tire and replacing 3 out of 5 tire studs. The biggest problem was that they refused to tell me the cost beforehand or clearly explain what work they were performing. On top of that, the workmanship was poor. They stripped/damaged the bolts during the work, which is unacceptable when you're paying a professional shop to work on your vehicle. I waited 3.5 hours for an oil change and alignment. Everybody else in waiting room had long waits too. When I tried to politely ask a female mechanic (Mom) not to block my car in when she moved a car in front of me, she chewed my head off and spit it out. This place is way too busy and staff seems hurried, harried, and stressed.

Had a good experience here.All the employees were very friendly and did great work. They let me know each step and there recommendations,they were not forceful about anything else that was needed they just let me know.

Needed 2 front tires. Tires are expensive so we decided to just do 2 this time and wait on the back ones. Have been driving for over 20 years and done this many times when money is tight. Had it done multiple times at this specific Les Swab. Made an appointment and they call me day before to tell me they "cant" replace just 2 tires.... we "had" to buy all 4 or they wouldnt help us. I did buy 4 from them last time but time before that only bought 2. It really just depends how much money I have avaliable when the need for tire... read more

Edit: bringing it back for a 3rd time in 4 days. First rebalance they did was 80-90% successful. Went back for a second one to fine tune, and it was returned to me just as bad as before the first appt. Edit: 3rd time did not result in a fix. In the end it was due to loose foam in a tire, and les Schwab didn't find it because they don't know this foam exists in some tires, and also don't remove wheels when doing balancing (per what they told me). Giving 3 starts because besides these sore points, their effort level was there ... read more
