First time visit here. Wonderful experience and the kindest staff-especially Mike!
Helped us out with our mower that needed to be patched. They got it in and fixed right away.
We were heading out on a trip and realized after being on road our tires were in really bad condition and that we probably wouldn't make the five hour drive without a blow out. So we pulled into Les Schwab and told Matthew about our predicament and he got us in right away and we were back on the road in about 90 minutes. They helped us move all our camping gear out of our vehicle so the tire alignment would be correct as well as helped us pack everything back. After waiting 2.5 hrs I asked how much longer it would be i was told they were pulling my truck in next then another hour later I was almost done. 3.75 hrs to get 2 tires and they weren't even set to the right pressure one at 67 and one at 71
