I had a sudden flat on my car on my way home from work. I limped it to Les Schwab on Prater and Dwayne the manager stayed open late to fix it so I could get home safe. Thank you for going the extra mile, it is very appreciated!

Absolutely phenomenal customer service every time! They patched my tires for me on more than one occasion at no cost (they weren't even tires purchased from them!). They had me in and out in under an hour and a half for 4 new tires and an alignment without an appointment. I appreciate the up front pricing so there is never a surprise and love that if I ever have an issue while traveling I am still covered. Thank you for saving my tire just now — or really, tires, since I would have had to replace all 4 just because 1 had a problem. Pesky 8” bolt found its way into my left rear tire as it turned out and the excellent folks at Les Schwartz on Prater found it, pulled it AND repaired it. No charge! Plus I got to eat popcorn and watch TV while I waited. I’m very grateful.
Really disappointed with my experience today... My car's self-diagnostic told me I had low pressure in one tire, for the second time in a few weeks, so I called Les Schwab closest to my house (Prater Way) at 5:40, told them I could be there just before 6 and would someone check my tire to see if I had a nail in it. The gentleman on the phone said they'd wait for me, but when I got there I was told that they were closed (it was 6 straight up).
