RecommendedI’ve been to this location a number of times for various services, new tires, alignments, etc. Today I had a low pressure warning pop on and headed there immediately to see if I had an actual leak or just some randomness that the tire lost pressure. Got there 30 minutes before closing and the service person pulled up my account and said they’d be happy to check it out. Turns out something had punctured the tire. customer service sucks. does not follow up on time . make customers wait in line and with service. i come for my 230 pm pick up and my titres are not even in. i have been waiting for 30 mins for a simple pick up which they said would be done at 230. pay and out the door. but no. still waiting 30 mins and truck not ready.
Buying tires is a necessary event but painful in the pocketbook. South Reno Les Schwab has excellent customer service. Really nice people.
