Got my brakes done there yesterday, driving home today front end felt all wrong, They did not tighten the lug nuts all the way down!!!!!!
I really like the working. They keep an eye on the ones that been there for awhile and then checks on the vehicle to tell them how much longer.
Love love love les Schwab! Got 4 new tires a month ago and they were quick and so nice about it. Came back a month later because there was some wear on them and they not only got me in to get it checked right away, but also accommodated me and my kiddos and worked my car in to get further repairs around their already packed schedule to get my car safe to drive the same day.
My brakes were making a noise when applied. Tuesday had les Schwab check them was told brakes were at 0% and calipers were worn past what they could resurface so would have to be replaced. I was told I shouldn’t drive my car because to dangerous and should have replaced right away. I didn’t have time Tuesday to have it done.Made an appointment for three days later Didn’t drive car because of warning. Dropped my car off at scheduled time. Daughter picked me up .
