This shop has fixed several flat tires over the last 10 years. Quick professional and for free. Had to go to a closer shop and was charged $14 for a fix. This shop has awesome service. Tyler and the ladies are a great customer service managers. I continue to have brake work, alignment's and worn suspension work done only here. They will ask me come out and take a look and show me worn out parts. definite 5 stars

I am a 5 Year customer since I moved to Sparks, NV. I had My Wifes tires changed at this location. Good price and it was painless. I took My truck there today to get a tire changed or plugged. They plugged it at no charge. It was a shocker. I am a forever life customer now. Chad Ashcraft is a happy customer.....
They were quick at assessing the problem, they gave a fairly fast timeline to fix, the price was probably similar to any shop of this size, however they were very personable and that’s all I need. Thanks guys. I will return in the future.

Long story short, dropped my truck off at 4:30am with a screw in the tire. Called at 8:10am after they opened (8am) and they had already fixed my tire! Thank you!
Very disappointed in you guys... Went in to have 4 tires mounted and balanced as well as a 4 wheel alignment and was told they wouldn't do it because my wheels were too expensive, although this is where I had it done in the past... will not be coming back....!
Could not have asked for a better end to my day? A free fix! Yes, I said free!! Just bought new car and picked up a nail, even though I did not purchase tires here they still fixed for free.... And I spent less than 10 minutes in the waiting room, in fact I had to leave with my popcorn � Customer service at best!
