Very poor called about getting appointment and they said even if you get an appointment that they will not honor the appointment time if they are busy. I said why make an appointment if they will not honor it. He told me that they try but if busy not always honor appointment times. That is crap when you make appointment still have to wait 1 to 2 if with appointment. That’s BS when you have been going there for 20 plus years
I am so angry and totally disgusted with my last visit.6 months ago had a front alignment and purchased 4 new tires. 2moths ago went to have tires rotated and they were not doing them that day but they did patch a tire for me. 3 bays ago i go to have my tires rotated the young man came out to let me know that he can not do the rotation due to one of my front tires being completely bald on the in side and they could sell me two new tires.wait a minute i just got 4 new tires and had an alignmet.I could tell by the confused loo... read more
