I brought my van in this morning for a low tire pressure issue. The workers found a screw In my tire and patched it up free of charge in less than 30 minutes! I was so happy to have my tire fixed. Thanks for being awesome, Les Schwab!
Consistent great service at Les Schwab wherever I go
I had a screw in my tire and low air pressure. Drove into the San Carlos, CA store to get it fixed. The clerk at the counter took my name & address and told me it might take 45-60 minutes to repair. After 30 minutes, my tire was repaired, and there was no charge. I was shocked. I had no idea that this was their policy. This is amazing customer service and a pleasant surprise. Thank you!
Les Schwab is awesome!!! Took my car in because the tire pressure indicator was on. They were able to fix the tire and did not charge me for patching it.
