All the men and women who work there are very kind, they checked my brakes and found nothing wrong at no cost to me. You don't find that kind of service just anywhere
EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE must be the best in the Northwest or the nation as well.
I had an issue, they fixed it no problem. They really do go out oh there way for the customer.
I made an appointment for an oil change. Showed up on time, sat for 35 minutes after my appointment as my vehicle still sat in the parking lot. :( With two kids, it'd be great to know that they were running behind and I would have been happy to reschedule or come back later. When I asked for my keys they simply said goodbye and didn't offer any apology or time to reschedule.
I found myself stuck with 2 flat tiress to repair on New Year's Eve! Got in and out in about 45 minutes, and NO CHARGE! Happy New Year to me!! Thanks to everyone at Pacific Hwy Les Schwab! You have a future customer!

After having a horrible experiancd at another les schwab in the area, the assistant manager took the time to listen to my concerns, help fix the issues the last shop left and get me back on the road quick! Thank you soooo much les schwab kent your the best. !!!

These guys are great! They stayed open in a Saturday night to change out my battery. You don't see customer service like that anymore!
