Rolled in to the Lakewood location with a nail in the center of my tire on a Saturday all their bays were full and so was the waiting room ... staff was very friendly and took my information ... in less than an hour I was back on the road with a repaired tire and no charge ...awesome service
I called to make an appointment to have my rear tires balanced and they said it's just a walk in service. When I got there they said they will just rebalance all 4 tires and it should only be an hour wait, after waiting over 2 hours they said I was good to go. I asked the service tech if he had any problems balancing my rear tires since I was having trouble with the rear, and he said oh! You wanted the rear tires balanced. Service was great! Got what I needed in a timely manner and can't ask for more
I called ahead of time and was told it would be a 45 minute to an hour.. When I got there and picked my tires I was again told it would be 45 to an hour. Well 2 hours later I was finally able to drive out of there. I was told that they were short handed later. If I had been quoted 2 hours from the beginning I would have found some way to occupy my time. Just be more forthcoming with customers.
I drove all the way out to the Fife location because the one closest to my house in Tacoma takes foreverrr and aren't as friendly! I got the the fife location about 10min after they opened - I asked about how long the wait would be to check my two rear tires (both kept losing a lot of air quickly) he said oh probably 45 min. I was THRILLED to think they'd get my car back at that time. No! I was Incorrect from my time of check in to getting my keys back in hand was 44minutes! I have been to several locations, I was completely amazed at the prompt and polite service.
Ended up in unfamiliar place with a flat...all I can say is they were prompt, courteous, the best... I will definitely go there for new tires when I need them.
